Ingredients
Pizza Pockets:
2 Low Carb Tortillas (I used La Banderita)
50g or about 25 Slices Turkey Pepperoni
28g or 1/4 Cups Mozzarella
Cooking Spray (I used avocado oil)
Dough:
5g or 0.5tbsp All Purpose Flour
1g or 0.25tsp Corn Starch
Water as Needed
Pizza Sauce:
5mL or 1tsp Olive Oil
300g or 1.5 Cups Crushed Tomatoes
2g or 1tsp Salt
2g or 1tsp Garlic Powder
2g or 1tsp Onion Powder
2g or 1tsp Dried Oregano
2g or 1tsp Red Pepper Flakes
*or use 300g or 1.5 Cups premad marinara/pizza sauce*

- Preheat small pot to medium heat. Add ingredients for pizza sauce and cover with lid. Let simmer/cook while making pizza pockets (you can also use premade marinara/pizza sauce).
- Slice 2 low carb tortillas in half. Grab corner of 1/2 of cut tortilla, fold to middle, and fold over to other corner (it will create a folded cone shape). Then repeat the process for all 4 1/2 tortillas.
- Grab a small mixing bowl. Add ingredients for dough. Mix. This will hold the tortillas together. Add the dough to the tortilla fold and shut the cone so it sticks.
- Grab a small mixing bowl. Add 50g or about 25 slices turkey pepperoni and 28g or 1/4 cups mozzarella. Mix. Add mixture to inside of tortilla cones.
- Add more dough to the top of the tortilla fold. Close it shut so it sticks.
- Spray pizza cones with cooking spray. Air fry for 15 minutes (or bake for 25 minutes), flipping halfway through. Then enjoy!
